| Abu was Jens' first cat of her own. He was the cutest ball of black fluff. He came out looking like a monkey and was named after the little monkey in the movie "Aladdin", which turns out to fit perfectly. One of Abu's favorite games was to hold onto a kitchen towel with all four feet and get swung around. When he was done playing, he would fall asleep holding onto the towel. Something that was discovered early on was that Abu loves riding in cars...but hates riding in the carrier, so he is leash trained. He goes into his carrier to sleep sometimes, but if put in there, watch out, there may be blood. To this day, when he goes to the vet, he quickly becomes the star of the lobby because he is so well behaved on a leash and goes right up to anybody for a little love. Abu has had his share of health issues and household ups and downs, but at 15 years old, remains the ruler of his roost. He is Jens' rock solid kitty!
