We reserve the right to decline any assignment for any reason. Policies are
subject to update without notice.

Rates slightly higher for difficult or aggressive dogs...rates may be slightly
higher for geriatric pets. Additional charge ($5 per area, per incident) for
excessive clean up (dog feces, cat boxes, cage cleaning, etc.) at the sitters
discretion payable upon your return.

Payment due on or prior to first visit. Payments not received on or prior to the
first visit may be subject to a $25 fee. If total assignment fee is greater than
$500, or more than 7 days of pet care, we will accept half payment prior to first
visit and half
within 5 days of your return. Balances received beyond 5 days
after the final visit date may be subject to a $25 fee. You may request a second
invoice which will be emailed to you upon your return.

Additional major holiday charge per day of $15.00 (see our
calendar for holiday
schedule).

Returned check fee $25.00 (entire check amount + fee payable by cash only,
cash only for all future assignments--no exceptions).

Cancellation of services 7-14 days prior to assignment start date is subject to
25% of total assignment due on or before scheduled start date. Cancellation of
services 3-7 days prior to scheduled start date is subject to 50% of total
assignment due on or before scheduled start date, unless the entire time can be
rescheduled with another client, then 25% fee. Cancellation of services 1-2
days prior to scheduled start date is subject to 100% of total assignment due on
or before scheduled start date. See our

Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis.

Cancellation by early return is refunded by credit for future visits or gift
certificate only...early return refund credit is available if you call us before we
arrive.

text or call (626)673-7978. You & your pets are part of our family and we want
to make sure you are all taken care of.

I am aware that any online form I submit is a contract between Two Dogs
Petsitting and myself. Two Dogs Petsitting encourages all clients to save and/or
print the completed forms. To save and/or print click "submit" once the form is
completed, the confirmation page of your exact submission can then be saved
and/or printed.
