Local) 11/16/2006 My dog and cat have never been happier!: I had called a local vet and they recommended one of their employees to watch my pets. Setting up a meeting was a breeze, very flexible around my busy schedule. Jen was my sitter and is so knowledgeable about pet behavior and she was on the floor with my dog within about 3 seconds of walking in the front door. My cat usually hides from new people, but she came out to see Jen right away. While I was out of town, I had asked her to take care of so much and she assured me everything would be fine, asked me a lot of questions, took notes, had me sign that it was okay to take my pets to the vet. She is so thorough and knows exactly what my pets need! Jen was so great at talking with me before I left, I have never felt so comfortable leaving my babies before now. She also called my cell phone regularly and e-mailed me with pictures of them sleeping and eating. It meant so much to me to have such personal service. I will definitely be hiring Two Dogs Petsitters again! They are the best! |
The ONLY pet sitters that go above and beyond! *****5 Stars By Teri R. Wow! The owner of this state of the art, super professional service, Jen, is the most caring and compassionate person I've ever met. She bends over backwards to make sure my two dogs, two tortoises, one cat, one mouse, and our very talkative parakeet are very well cared for. Not only are my pets cared for, but my house is well cared for, too. They'll do anything that needs done! We were gone for six days and didn't want to board our pets because of bad experiences in the past. Every pet sitter we had met before was awful! Didn't have time to meet or made us wait a month to schedule a meeting and then when we did meet them, they didn't even pet our dogs. With Jen, she sits on the floor or goes where the dogs want to play and just hangs out with them. The bird took to her immediately and was on her shoulder in a matter of minutes. Our cat usually hides when company comes over, but not with Jen--he came out and was rolling around trying to get some of her affection. She has plenty to go around and he got lots of love. The best first meeting by far. She also is very professional and extremely flexible--with everything, really! Our date and time of departure changed and it was no problem. One of our dogs hurt his back while we were gone and she knew exactly what to do--very experienced! Most pet sitters ask an arm and a leg and Two Dogs Petsitting doesn't charge enough for all the experience they have. Every one of their sitters/walkers is extremely polite, professional, and caring. They all have done a fabulous job for us and we will never hire another--they are definitely the best in the San Gabriel Valley! The other thing we really love are the trips to the dog park for only five dollars extra and then they went to Petsmart to get new squeaky toys after the first park trip--our dogs have never been so spoiled and they loved every second of it! Jen and Dave are scheduled to come play water games with our dogs every Wednesday until it gets cooler and I can't wait to see the photos. They always send us the best photos of our pets doing silly things. What a great group of sitters! They are doing what they love and helping pets everywhere.I just can't stress enough how valuable they are and what a great deal they gave us--our family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TWO DOGS PETSITTING! | 11/19/2007 Steve, and Jen have been walking my dogs for about a year. They are so attentive to their needs (and mine as a pet owner). It means the world to me that I have two such reliable and professional caretakers looking after them. My dogs are walked for at least an hour twice a day, they get massages and stretch time, they have been taken to the dog park, the vet, the groomer, and to Petsmart. These three phenomenal people have helped my dogs and my family tremendously on numerous occasions. They have been there through some rough times and I am lucky to have found them. I highly recommend Two Dogs Petsitting to all pet owners in the area. If you really want the best care possible for your pets, you will hire them. |

gentle dog ever and Jen was so brilliant when she suggested using him to bring my dog out of her shy shell.
It took only a few times of Bicycle and Tinkerbelle to spend time together and before we knew it, they were playing
together. Tink used to be extremely shy and timid, especially around other dogs, but Jen and Bike knew exactly what to
do for her. She's a new dog and now loves to run and play at dog park. Thank you so much for your patience,
understanding, knowledge, and kindness. And for bringing Bicycle into our lives :)

Between the hikes, walks, and dog park trips, he comes home tired every day. I love it when the sleepy boy lifts his
head just to say hi and then goes back to bed, hilarious! And I get at least 30 minutes to myself, which is some kind of
record.

used to work at. When she was there, I always requested her and she always delivered.
Now that she is running Two Dogs Petsitting (should be called Two Dogs Everything Service), she is even more
fabulous and successful than before. I can tell Jen is in her element and absolutely loves her work. She treats my cats
like her own, always. There are not enough compliments to pay Jen, she is one of the most phenomenal women I have
ever met and consider my cats lucky to be able to spend quality time with her.
Jen, thank you so much for showing my cats endless affection & care, and of course for bottomless treats!

"Bicycle"? Seriously, Jen's dogs are the best! Tye and Bike love to take my dogs to the dog park and wear 'em out. I
appreciate all the dog park trips, hikes, walks, runs, and water play dates that Steve and Jen have planned for my two
hyper boys. They know how to keep them going until they are actually tired, something I still haven't mastered, which
is why I hire them.

not home. Steve and Jen are the only ones I trust with Molly when I go away. They send me emails, texts, photos, and
call my cell whenever I ask them to and sometimes just to let me know everything is fine. I've gone through 2 other dog
walkers and Two Dogs Petsitting has endured all of my eccentricities and crazy pet owner requests. They're here to
stay! Thanks Steve and Jen, you're perfect!

someone who claimed to be a vet tech and loved all animals, and only charged $18. Well, I thought it was a good rate
for what she had to offer, but it turned out to be a disaster. She completely short changed my pets by showing up late
and only staying for 10 minutes instead of the 30-45 minutes she promised. Needless to say, that petsitter left a bad
taste in my already reluctant mouth.
So, when a friend recommended Jen, I was sceptical because of the previous experience. As soon as I spoke with Jen
on the phone (she returned my phone call within two hours), she completely blew the other sitter away. Jen can back
up everything she claims with references for days. I spoke with four of her current clients who had similar concerns
before hiring her. They all said the same things about her and her other sitters she works with. All of them are
professional, sincere, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, and really love what they do. So, of course, I hired them.
Jen is my primary sitter and Kristyn is her back up. They are both fantastic! I actually trust them more than I trust my
own sister to care for my cats. One of my cats is always on medication and Jen has a special way of giving him a pill
and he doesn't even realize that's what's going on. Two Dogs Petsitting is part of my family and I feel like I'm part of
theirs. They are all wonderful, you should hire them!

ease with her knowledge of dog breeds and bird species, and the list goes on and on about how great she is. We were
gone for a little over a week and Two Dogs Petsitting provided overnight stays, dog walks, bird care, midday visits,
and they even took our three dogs on a couple of hikes at no extra charge. At first we were hesitant to have two
different people in our home, but Jen and Steve made us feel very comfortable with the petsitting package we designed
for our pets. What a great idea, to have us tell them what we want instead of doing the typical telling us what they offer.
The bottom line: Two Dogs Petsitting is professional and reliable, the sitters are exceptional, they take excellent care of
our pets, help us feel completely comfortable hiring them, and always go the extra mile for us and our pets. We will
continue to hire and recommend them every chance we get. By far the best pet sitters in the San Gabriel Valley.

Two Dogs Petsitting visited our home in the morning and evening each day while we were gone. They fed and cared for the cats, kept the litter boxes clean (and cleaned up any accidents), brought in the mail and deliveries, and watered the plants. Member Comments: We have been very happy with their services. We used to beg a relative or friend to stay here when we went on vacation because I didn't trust anyone else to take such good care of our cats. Then we tried Two Dogs Petsitting a few times over short weekends and the cats always seemed happy when we got home. So we asked Two Dogs to stay overnight when we went on a longer vacation. They called us regularly to provide status reports. We were relieved to find our cats in good shape and acting like their normal, lazy selves when we returned home. | Hi Jen Thank you again for the pics of my babies. Now I know I'm not the only one that thinks they are as special as they are. I just love looking at the Pictures!! By the way, I may use the shot of Brinkley on Poo hill as my screen saver!! Thanks!! I can't tell you how happy I am to be home. I actually teared when I walked in the door!
